The irrigation water distribution network supplies all the farms with water . This system is being developed on modern lines using prefabricated water channels ensuring zero-wastage of addition to subsoil water table .Water resource management will assure sustainability , addressing our concerns for water conservation. |

The total length of water courses/channel in the development is approx.26 kilometer long.The recent mansoon rains caused havoc to neighboring farms land by standing water stagnation whereas our newly developed drainage was tested fully and not found wanting at all.Our prefert rainwater drainage into the natural lake won us kudos from all our neighbors and friends who visited us during and after the rainy season…………….Bravo Maestro Pasha. |

The swimming pool that is nearing completion (Finish expected by Mid-Feb swimming season start) will add lots to our courtyard paraties spilling out to the pools sunken bar as well as the bubbling Jacuzzi for seating a group of friends ,and the kiddy wading pool all enclosed in an elegant courtyard whose curved walls assure total privacy at all times.

The retreat provides the ideal activity for the family fun and interaction in the shape of an 18 hole mini-golf. The exceptional land scaping in the rural setting gives the ideal fun activity for the whole family.A few straight shorts all long ,and many obstacle hole that incorporate bend and curves as well as the usual compliment of chute shorts and a creative twist en route to the 18th hole. |
