The 100 acre natural lake of Twinlake Farms is  at a
distance of 12 kms from Haleji lake –a declared
wildlife Snctuary and certified Ramsar wetland.On the
Trans-Siberian migratory bird path ,it’s a bird
watcher’s paradise.223 bird species haven been recorded in
the environs,for instsnce,Osprey , Falcons , Wigeon , Coot , shoveller , Pintail , Mallard , Heron , Flamingos and
some times even Bewick’s swan.

 

 

The lake fonts has been worked on extensively and cleaned as well as cleared of the wild growth .The result has been a peaceful and serene lake fronts with kingfishers busy at work.

Two island have been designed developed  on the 17 acre lake for use by the member for recreational purpose and would be available for holding of large events.The landscaping of the island is under way by Tofil Pasha

 


The new 17 acre central lake of Twinlake Farms project has been completely dug is currently under water testing. The lake provides a breath taking sight.
The lake digging was a project which was implemented with CITE’s planning division and execution was done with civil engineers equipment.The entire supply chain for removal and displacements was well synchronized  managing the removal of 3.7 million cubic ft of earth .

The lake will be lined and water proofed before adding fish and marine life ,for a healthy lake ecosystem.The lake will serve as a retention pond and provide water for the Twinlake agricultural use.
